• We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures including access controls, encryption, and backups. You are responsible for securing your own systems, devices, and passwords.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrightWing Tech Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
